Calm Health Summit

Workplace mental-health trends for 2026 and beyond

Krystal joined the Calm Health Summit on March 3-4, 2026, an invited convening of mental-health practitioners, employers, and digital-health innovators hosted by the Calm Health team. The summit's panel programming covered youth mental health, women's mental health, digital interventions for depression, and workplace mental-health trends for the year ahead.

Krystal's contribution focused on the workplace track, drawing the same operating-strategy thread CCG carries into every engagement: organizations are net-net cognitive-capacity producers or destroyers, and the conditions employers create around demands, control, support, relationships, role clarity, and change communication are the levers that determine which.

Cognitive Capital Group was named among the partner organizations for the summit, alongside Brown & Brown, Dartmouth Center for Technology and Behavioral Health, Hazel Health, Howden, Kaiser Permanente, Optum, and Visana Health.

Audience: digital-health and benefits leaders across the Calm Health ecosystem.
