The phased model.

Phase 1 · Education

Initial diagnostic and executive briefing. Establishes the organizational starting point and the strategic ambition. Roughly 3 months.

Phase 2 · Baseline + Interventions

A baseline psychosocial-risk assessment and intervention design across the highest-leverage Six Stressors. Roughly 6 to 12 months.

Phase 3 · Integration

Ongoing strategic advisory, embedded measurement, board-level reporting, and ecosystem positioning. Multi-year.
