Program Development

12 to 18 month engagement · Enterprise · Healthcare

The design of organizational-culture initiatives (leadership training, psychological safety programs, and job designs) that protect and grow cognitive capacity. Built from the Fortune 10 playbook; adapted to your context.

§ I · What we work on

The workstreams.

Work-design diagnostics

Mapping where the Six Psychosocial Stressors are degrading cognitive capacity in your organization. A baseline psychosocial-risk assessment plus qualitative work-design interviews.

Leadership curriculum

Manager and executive training programs grounded in occupational neuroscience. Designed for in-person and asynchronous delivery.

Culture and safety systems

Embedding brain-health into existing safety, EHS, and occupational health management systems.

Outcomes measurement

Health analytics that connect the program to productivity, engagement, safety, retention, and innovation metrics.

§ II · How we engage

The phased model.

Phase 1 · Education

Manager training pilot in 1 to 2 business units. Establishes the evidence base and the language. Roughly 3 months.

Phase 2 · Baseline + Interventions

Baseline psychosocial-risk assessment across the program's footprint. Targeted interventions on the two weakest of the Six Stressors. Roughly 6 months.

Phase 3 · Integration

Scale to the broader organization. Embed into performance management, EHS, and benefits. Roughly 3 to 6 months.

§ III · Evidence base
