European Brain Economy Summit, The Merode, Brussels
Designing brain-friendly environments for the European workforce
Krystal joins more than forty speakers convened by the European Brain Council at The Merode in Brussels for the European Brain Economy Summit on 5 May 2026. The summit brings together policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, and citizens to take up brain health's intersection with policy, science, and innovation across Europe.
The agenda spans Unlocking the Brain Dividend, Empowering Youth Brain Capital, Breakthroughs in Neuroscience, From Discovery to Real-World Impact, Advancing Women's Brain Health, and Designing Brain-Friendly Environments. Krystal contributes the workforce-design perspective: how the conditions employers create, meeting density, psychological safety, schedule design, leadership behavior, directly shape the cognitive capacity of their people, and how that translates into measurable productivity, retention, and decision-quality returns.
The Brussels session lands in the same week as the European regulatory push on psychosocial risk, and immediately precedes CCG's June engagement at the WEF-sponsored Texas Brain Economy Summit in Houston.
Specific panel placement will be confirmed in the run-up to the event.
