The earlier 2017 expert interview in The Art of Health Promotion (a companion AJHP feature on the same body of work) framed the contribution this way: "Dr Krystal Sexton shares how they developed the Care for People Index to quantify the effect of their initiative on business outcomes." The forthcoming AJHP paper formalizes that stakeholder-engagement methodology and the resulting 15-question index used to associate workforce care with engagement, safety, and productivity outcomes at Shell.
